Walnut Hill will remain open.  This could change as the situation changes and more information about COVID-19 is available.  Walnut Hill’s administration and governing board will follow all government mandated procedures (including but not limited to closing).  We will also take into account the advice of local health experts, in our effort to keep our students and staff safe, while still providing a much needed service the community.

Walnut Hill Early Childhood Center is dedicated to serving the families in our community.  During this difficult time, we are staying open to provide childcare to our families who are working in essential industries, such as healthcare, food supply chain, etc.  Walnut Hill is taking every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of both the staff and children at our facility.  We are complying with all guidance outlined by the State of Indiana’s Office of Childhood Learning.  This information can be found at https://www.in.gov/fssa/carefinder/5765.htm.  We have also increased our sanitation practices, and limited the number of students in each classroom.  This is a stressful time for our families, and we want to do everything we can to help.  Families who are not using our services during this time, will not be charged tuition.  Families who need our services can count on us to be here.  Thank you to all who have supported Walnut Hill.  We look forward seeing all of our children return once it is safe to do so.
